How long will it take to receive my package?
For standard shipping, orders within the same state usually arrive within 2–4 business days, while interstate deliveries take around 3–6 business days. If your order qualified for express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1–2 business days in the same state, or 1–3 business days for interstate deliveries. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can see exactly where your parcel is and when it’s due to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we don’t offer international shipping from Australia. However, LABEL.M products are available in many other countries — you can check availability and find your nearest stockist on the TONI&GUY UK website.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal for a fast and secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
How do I apply a discount code?
Simply enter your code at checkout in the ‘Discount Code’ field, and the discount will be applied to your order before payment.
What are the QR codes on my product packaging for?
LABEL.M embraces technology to connect our global community of salons and clients. Every product features a QR code, giving instant access to everything you need — from usage guides and ingredient lists to before-and-after transformations.
Simply scan the code with your phone to explore the story behind each product and discover how to achieve salon-quality results at home.
What is LABEL.Ms policy on animal testing?
LABEL.M Professional Haircare does not engage in the practice of any animal testing on any of the formulations in our products, nor do we commission our suppliers to carry out animal tests on products or ingredients on our behalf.
I want to shop in-store, where can I find LABEL.M?
All LABEL.M products can be purchased at any TONI&GUY salon across Australia, plus selected salons or right here in our online shop.
How can I stock Label.M in my salon?
